Alufem Aluminum operates in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone with a 14,000 m² indoor area, utilizing aluminum extrusion press lines, polishing surface treatment machines, anodizing facilities, an electrostatic paint shop, CNC mechanical machining centers, assembly lines, and expert teams, providing customer-focused, fast, and innovative services.
Our company has the capacity to produce over 9,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually in various alloys using T0, T4, T5, and T6 heat treatment processes, with 1100 USTons (5'') and 2000 USTons (7'') extrusion press lines.
Our anodizing facility has a capacity of 4,000,000 m²/year and can perform matte, glossy, and satin finishes on surfaces up to 7.5 meters in length. Our tin sulfate and nickel sulfate baths can meet coloring demands ranging from very light bronze to black.
Our electrostatic powder coating facility provides services with a capacity of 4,000 tons/year in all RAL codes and architectural series paints. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external environmental influences, and production is carried out with a fully automated process-controlled booth system.

In 1827, the German chemist Friedrich Wöhler was the first to isolate anhydrous aluminum chloride by mixing it with potassium. However, even before him, the Danish physicist and chemist Hans Christian Øersted had already produced aluminum in an impure form, thus making it a documented finding in the literature.
Years later, in 1886, although the American Charles Martin Hall applied for a patent for various studies on obtaining aluminum, the Frenchman Paul Héroult also applied for a patent in Europe using the same technique in the same year.
Because of this coincidence, the Hall-Heroult process, named after both scientists, is used worldwide today for the extraction of aluminum from ore...
